Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations and team performance

- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments

- Conduct quality control inspections
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
