Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products accurately using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling before shipping.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to verify stock levels and shipping details.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance in all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
