Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must pass pre-employment background check
