Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate digital records of stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free facility.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily priorities and shipment schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
