Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trailers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies, including wearing required PPE at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Background Check: Pass a standard background check and drug screen.
