Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize stock in a neat, accessible, and safe manner to ensure efficient picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
