Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and organize products according to shipping labels and guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate scanning equipment to process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
