Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Safely load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway West location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid ID and work authorization documents
