Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night shift team during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, WMS software)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts during peak seasons
