Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Accurately count, sort, and organize inventory stock to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping and organizing work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
