Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with efficient turnaround
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Proficient with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 7am/7pm shift schedules
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
