Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy for retail clients
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment cleanliness
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Complete daily production reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
