Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for smooth transition of operations
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
