Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize inventory with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes, including packing and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
