Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and materials according to established safety and quality standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (US Citizen or Legal Resident).
