Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package retail merchandise for same-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Support last-mile delivery operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation to/from facility (subsidized parking available)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (provided on-site)
- Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred but not required
