Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
