Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the night shift efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless workflow transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
