Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory logs.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
