As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and orders are processed accurately for our local clientele.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock within the warehouse safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to local clients in the Chicago area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
