Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Pack and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse facility to meet safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry.
