Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (must provide valid ID).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for daily pay candidates.
