Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise onto shelves accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or RFID technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
