Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers or distribution centers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Execute picking and packing orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
