Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks with speed and care, ensuring merchandise is handled properly.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of obstructions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
