Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean workspace to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco facility.
