Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
