Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products from trailers to storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
