Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining stock rotation (FIFO).
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding inventory levels and operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
