Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring safety and accuracy of inventory.
- Package, seal, and label items for shipment using standard packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality control.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
