Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal flow.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
