Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of daily tasks and shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow instructions.
