Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and documentation accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues using problem-solving and communication skills
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
