Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and label incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes for trucks
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workplace organization
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
