Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure only high-quality items are shipped.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety protocols.
