Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the company’s 2026 strategic plan, aligning all departments toward shared long-term goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities for growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging cross-functional collaboration to solve future challenges.
- Resource Allocation: Direct capital and human resources toward high-priority initiatives that will deliver the greatest value in the 2026 timeframe.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress of 2026 initiatives, adjusting course as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior executive leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Blockchain) and their potential business applications.
