Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of the 2026 vision.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies (AI, automation) into the 2026 operational framework.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure buy-in across all departments regarding the 2026 strategic vision.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for major 2026 initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through major transitions or growth phases.
- Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning with a focus on future trends.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
