Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business objectives with long-term technological and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth foresight research to identify disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech) and their potential impact on our industry.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate high-level vision into actionable quarterly and annual goals.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives and adapt strategies based on predictive data.
- Pitch the long-term vision to stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure buy-in for ambitious future projects.
- Oversee pilot programs and innovation labs designed to test concepts for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, business development, or futurism within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and defining long-term strategic direction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to predict future market scenarios.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex future concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with emerging technology trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Spatial Computing.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
