Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI development, identifying key trends and technologies that will emerge by 2026.
- Research & Development Oversight: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists in developing next-gen neural architectures and generative models.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to the Board of Directors and C-Suite stakeholders to secure funding and resource allocation.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate strategic alliances with academic institutions, tech giants, and regulatory bodies to foster innovation.
- Product Innovation: Translate abstract future concepts into tangible product features that solve complex global challenges.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Robotics, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and the specific challenges of scaling AI models in 2026.
- Academic Background: Advanced degree (PhD or Masterβs) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and the public.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Innovation Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with a demonstrated history of patenting technologies or disrupting markets.
