Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex machine learning pipelines and AI ecosystems.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically tailored for the operational needs of 2026.
- Implement rigorous ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols to mitigate bias and risk.
- Optimize model performance for high-velocity environments and massive data throughput.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
