Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying and prioritizing emerging tech trends such as AGI, Quantum, and Digital Twins.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast technological shifts and their impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to evaluate feasibility and ROI of new tech adoption.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups focused on next-gen solutions.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for technological transformation to C-level stakeholders.
- Oversee pilot programs for high-potential technologies to ensure successful scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences, including non-technical executives.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area.
