Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Neural Networks) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and implementation of future-forward solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains ahead of the curve through 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for next-gen technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI/ML engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives with a 5+ year horizon.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, cloud architecture, and data science methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and driving innovation.
