Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap focusing on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Neuro-interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and validate high-impact technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical futures into clear business value propositions for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of strategists capable of navigating the uncharted waters of future tech.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations that could threaten or enhance our market position.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with research institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic leadership, technology consulting, or R&D management, with at least 3 years in a C-level or Director role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI architectures, blockchain, or quantum computing concepts.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and strategize for scenarios 5-10 years out.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
