Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical innovation with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Advanced Neural Networks.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term R&D projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for futuristic initiatives.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and interoperability in next-generation software.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven automation across all operational workflows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth tech teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with Quantum computing concepts or prior work in high-concurrency distributed systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
