Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary labs exploring next-gen human-AI symbiosis and decentralized governance models
- Author thought leadership publications cited in MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum
- Design and facilitate immersive futures-thinking workshops for C-suite executives
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and quantum computing research institutions
- Prototype blockchain-based supply chain solutions for circular economy implementation
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy at top-tier consulting firms or tech R&D labs
- Published author on exponential technologies or futures forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in systems dynamics modeling and computational social science
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting innovations
