Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a long-term technical roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Neural Interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of technical experts and researchers.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead efforts to secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary technologies developed under Project 2026.
- Executive Collaboration: Collaborate with the C-suite to translate technical insights into business strategy and secure necessary funding.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to ensure our 2026 roadmap remains competitive and ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, R&D, or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, such as Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
