Job Description
Are you ready to engineer the future of reality? Chronos Systems is seeking a visionary Quantum Systems Architect to lead our next-generation computing initiatives. As we approach the 2026 horizon, we are building the infrastructure that will redefine encryption, logistics, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a pioneer who thrives at the intersection of physics, mathematics, and software engineering. If you want to build the systems that will run the world of tomorrow, this is your opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.
What You Will Do:
You will architect hybrid classical-quantum algorithms and oversee the deployment of QPU (Quantum Processing Unit) clusters. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of global supply chains and the security of digital assets in a post-silicon era.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum circuits and error-correcting codes for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead the integration of quantum hardware with existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Develop high-performance software libraries for quantum simulation and optimization.
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of physicists, cryptographers, and data scientists to solve complex, unsolvable problems.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum adoption within enterprise solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms in simulated and real-world environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Q#.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Googleās TensorFlow Quantum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
