Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing).
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs and R&D initiatives to pilot next-gen solutions.
- Manage the annual budget for futuristic technology investments and vendor partnerships.
- Develop a talent strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent in emerging tech fields.
- Establish thought leadership and communicate the vision to stakeholders and the industry.
- Assess risks associated with new technologies and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic management, or product development.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years).
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Strong background in change management and organizational transformation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
