Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on scalable AI integration and next-gen infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, piloting, and deploying cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing, Quantum Prototyping).
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to translate complex technical trends into actionable business intelligence and roadmap priorities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging tech adoption to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee the budget for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships related to future tech stacks.
- Establish thought leadership within the industry through white papers, speaking engagements, and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep technical background with demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering results in a complex, dynamic market.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
