Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying key trends that will define the industry by 2026.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and automation protocols to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable cloud and on-premise infrastructure capable of supporting 10x growth.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous risk assessments and scenario planning to ensure business continuity amidst rapid technological change.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and strategists focused on next-gen solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Engineering, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
